Once your order is placed, you will receive email updates throughout the process, including order confirmation, processing updates, and shipping notifications. Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a final email with a downloadable PDF receipt or invoice. You can also track your order by visiting our "Track My Order" page and entering your email and order number or tracking number.
If you choose to ship your package using Knutsford Express or Zipmail (Jamaica Post), you will receive an invoice separately via WhatsApp or Instagram chat.
This invoice will include your tracking number. Once your package has been sent off, you will receive the invoice with the tracking number for either Knutsford Express or Zipmail.
To track your package, you can visit our Track My Order page. There, you'll find options to track Knutsford Express or Zipmail packages. Simply enter your tracking number and tap the respective button—Track My Knutsford Express Package or Track My Zipmail Package.
You will be redirected to the official tracking pages for Knutsford Express or Zipmail, where you can check the current status of your shipment.
Our system automatically displays when a product is out of stock, and you’ll see a notification saying, "This product is currently out of stock." However, no worries! You can easily join the waitlist by entering your email, and we’ll notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.
Typically, restocking takes anywhere from two weeks to a month, though it can sometimes happen sooner or later depending on shipment and availability. In some cases, restocking may happen within a week. By joining the waitlist, you'll be among the first to know when your favorite items are restocked!

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately or within 3 days. We recommend reaching out via email at orders@seracoreblends.com, through WhatsApp or Instagram, or by giving us a call at 876-796-5956.

Once we receive the information, we will work to either send a replacement or arrange a return, depending on the situation.
